Ooh-even better and probably typical of my unaspected Venus in Cappy...the theme to my life according to the UK charts is "Heart of Glass" by Blondie. I love Blondie.

Hey, Carlo it's all good kid.

I'll check out that band's site when I get home.

hmmm...theones for the day I was born do not jive with me...on is "Annie's Song" by John Denver (????)

the UK one is "Rock Your Baby"

I would have to go with

"you Gotta Be" by Deseree...you know..."Listen as your day unfolds..challenge what the future holds..try and keep you head up to the sky...lovers they may cause you tears go ahead..release your fears stand up and be counted don't be ashamed to cry..."

You gotta be..you gotta be bad you gotta be bold..you gotta be wiser...you gotta be hard..you gotta be tough..you gotta be stronger...you gotta be cool you gotta be calm you gotta stay together...all I know is...love will save the day..."

At this point in my life, I'd have to say that my "theme song" would be Alibis by Tracy Lawrence. The chorus matches my life to a "T!"

"Alibis and lyin' eyes and all the best lines,
Lord knows she's heard 'em all.
She's been cheated on and
pushed around and left alone
Lord knows what I've put her through.
And boy you can bet
If a move can be made
She knows how to make one on you."

Mine is....
St Elmo's Fire by
John Parr

Funny, I've never heard of that song before. Must be cause I haven't been exposed to a lot of 80's music, mainly 60's cause that was when my mom grew up....

'cuz money can't buy me love!" <-- insert John Lennon howling here.

Uptown Girl - Billy Joel

"She'll say I'm not so tough
Just because
I'm in love
With and uptown girl
She's been living in her white bread world
As long as anyone with hot blood can
And now she's looking for a downtown man
Thats what I am"
