Hello,
I think one of the best mantra is our names,
I don't know but when I call my name I feel something strength and when I call my name inside my heart, I feel more and more my self and sometimes it a tearful feeling for me.
When you want to go to bed, when you are full of pain in your heart, when you feel
that you are alone,When you tired in this life, I think are the best times that you can call youself (call your name) and then I am sure (90%) you will feel something strength also.
