My mom said that throughout yesterday parts of her house (only parts) were browning out our completely loosing power, and then'd unexpectedly come back on at full force.
She thought nothing of it (well, just that she'd have to call a good electrician if it continued), but she discovered this morning that the cars had all lost all their battery power, too.
Any thoughts as to what could've caused that?

Welll...some weird exotic particle pocket (quark matter?) or something could ionise the air is passes through and drain the charge (well...its possible!)

Failing that someone with superhero powers blew their top?

anyway..where does your mum live? cuz i havent seen my lady online in a day and im sitting here chewing my fingernails down the the shoulder about what could be wrong(i get like that!)

No worries, N_w, I bet your gal's OK. My Mom lives in VA, just south of Quantico (a Marine base and the FBI training academy).
I was thinking: she lives close enough for the Marine's playtime to shake the house, so maybe it was something they're working on...(she hasn't talked w/ the neighbors to see how they fared, and it's a rural area so you can't really see through the trees).

BTW - You never did say how the songs went over...so, how'd they go?
