I just completed (read: "BEAT" - I beat the he*l outta this game) "Kingdom Hearts" for the PS2.
I LOVE winter break. I spent all day - no, really...literally all day...I've been playing since I got up...AT NOON - wrapping up loose ends and completing side quests.
I haven't even eaten.
Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaah.

(I have my small, odd pleasures.)

OH, OH, and I also got in my x-mas $$ order from Amazon of _The Luminaries_ and _The Astrological Neptune_ by Liz Greene (b/c, da*n, dems hard to find in stores around here) and a DVD of Eddie Izzard's stand-up special "Dress to Kill".

It's the little things, really.

~*~*~*This pointless post has been brought to you by Corri Lou. Thank You*~*~*~

there's also an interesting war on want commercial that the UK won't air...or anyone else for that matter - found a link off the Radiohead website

Heh, get some webspace and put it up for net distribution - a long commercial at NTSC D-1 res is what...60mb with Mpeg4 compression?

Not that we have big cars in the UK...petrol costs about 80p a litre over here!

Of course they wouldn't air it - have you seen how many SUV commericals constantly loop?

Yeah - Eddie Izzard. The first time I saw "Dressed to Kill" on HBO (not that long ago, maybe last spring), I discovered to my surprise that he really turns me on.
I don't know if I have a thing for gender ambiguity, or if I'm just really attracted to intelligent men - prolly more the latter, since I remember that my first b/f (around 14, 15 y.o.) went off on a physics tangent, and I got...well, I attacked him, to put it bluntly (but, you know, in a good way).
Aaaaaaaaaaanyway.
I've never seen circle, though. Maybe I should stay away from it...it may ruin my image of Izzard as one of the sharpest comedians alive.

and do you find him more attractive without the makeup or with it? because for me, he is downright gorgeous as a guy in drag...but he doesn't do much for me without the makeup...heehehhehe...that and he is just so dashing talking about henges...hehehe

HEY CARLO -

I JUST SAW THAT COMMERICIAL!!!
(BROUGHT TO ME BY THE DETROIT PROJECT.)
WOO-HOO.
----------------------> I just saw a 2nd one. The 1st was a guy filling-up an SUV w/ an explanation of where his money's going, this one was a series of people saying things like, "I helped finance terrorism," and, "I love my SUV -so what if it gets 12 miles to the gallon?"

Berns - Hm, you know - I just find him attractive; I really think it's his intelligence. For me, if a guy ain't smart (and willing to play around w/ those brains), I ain't interested.
