MARINADE:
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp corn flour

1 and a half Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp wine, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 cups water

METHOD:
Marinate spare ribs for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry spare ribs in 2 Tbsp oil until golden.

Barbecue Lamb Cutlets marinated in Hoisin Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
8 lamb cutlets, half cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 1 Tbsp dry sherry.
