here's a few simple recipes, i'm not sure how they would taste but they sure look good...unfortunately i don't have a scanner to display this lovely pics withChilli Garlic Prawns
Stewed Spare Ribs with Mushroom Flavored Soy Sauce (this's one of my favourites)
Barbecue Lamb Cutlets marinated in Hoisin Sauce
Chilli Garlic Prawns
INGREDIENTS:
450g prawns (shelled and deveined), 1 stalk of spring onion.
METHOD:
Stir-fry prawns in hot oil until half done. Drain.
Saute 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce until fragrant.
Add in prawns and stir well. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
SERVINGS 4
Stewed Spare Ribs with Mushroom Flavored Soy Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
600g spare ribs (chopped into pieces)
MARINADE:
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp corn flour
SAUCE MIX:
1 and a half Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp wine, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 cups water
METHOD:
Marinate spare ribs for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry spare ribs in 2 Tbsp oil until golden.
Add sauce mix and cook over low heat for approx. 30 minutes until sauce thickens.
SERVINGS 4
Barbecue Lamb Cutlets marinated in Hoisin Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
8 lamb cutlets, half cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 1 Tbsp dry sherry.
METHOD:
Marinade lamb in Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and dry sherry for 1 hour and grill or BBQ for 10 minutes on either side, basting occasionally with the marinade. Serve with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables or a salad.
(Hoisin Sauce can be replaced with Black Pepper Sauce or Black Bean Sauce).
