Someone please give me a reading.
I have been offered a job with a good salary.
My head is set on doing something of my own for which I have only just got in touch with folks working on that area. But it may take time. Meanwhile, time is running out and I have to give the "offer" a reply.

I am looking for guidance

Thanks

Indu

Take the offer. I'm not an astrologer, but I suggest taking the great offer and enjoying it WHILE you work on your real dream. There's no law saying you can't ever quit this job to pursue other interests.

Good luck!

Yes, I can always accept it and walk out but I can't. It is a very responsible position and I have been made been told against the possibility of such a thing happening. I am a very conscious worker, it would pain me to let them down. I know them too.
Once I accept a job, it is so absorbing that it would leave me no time to search think of anything else.

What kind of job is it? And why does it have to take over your whole life?

Please don't despair. I don't know if you beleive in God but I do, and sometimes if I have a question, I ask before I go to bed and I have the answer in the morning. The trick is being open to the right answer- sometimes I don't want what the answer is.

I hope you know sometimes to be happy we have to do things that might anger others or let them down. But I know these things are tough. My heart is with you no matter what you decide!

I have a doctorate degree from India. I have been in this country for 10yrs now and to have worked in various jobs at a title that requires only a bachelors. But that was my option to be able to gain hand-on experience.
Today I have the experience and the expertise to start a line of research that will be the first of it's kind. That is where my goal and my head is set for.

The job offer I have is again like any othe rjob I have held in the past and is not scientifically challenging.
If I take it then again the roller coaster sets in and I will also have lost my expertise as I will be doing slightly different type of work.
Presently, I al marketing myself in Stem Cell
work which is a virgin and hot area.

So, this is the reason for my dilema
