Anyone going to this in TN this summer?? I want to go so bad but the attorney I was supposed to tag along with has a trial and can't go (plus I don't know how excited he was about going with me, a coworker) so anyhow I don't want to venture up for 3 days of fun not knowing anyone, I mean I may anyway, I just wondered if any of you knew about it and were going??

I almost decided to go but then I found out it was sold out ..
It's just as well though..too much money for me to try and get all the way out there and back plus finding someone to watch the little one for me seemed abit daunting.

I mostly just wanted to go see the Dead, so I'll just wait for them to come back out west.
Bonnaroo sure sounds like loads of fun though...

Yea I can't wait. But don't listen to that sold out part. I can still get tix, but like you said they are expensive, at 200 bucks each. But the reason they are so much is because it's sold out, it's the Dead and it's 3 days of fun. Well if you change your mind please let me know because I would love to see a knowflake there

hell yeah fajita baby!! me the boy, and 3-5 of our friends are truckin it from NJ to this thing.... i'm am soo damn excited!!! ive never seen the dead before, or the allman bros for that matter so its gonna be the best fest of the summer! so excited so excited!

i'd love to see some knowflakes there,but if you dont have a cell phone, it would definately be hard to locate each other, this thing is MASSIVE!!

anyone going to any other fests this summer? i'm trying to convince the boy to go up to maine for phish's IT... and we may go to ohio for a show or two. gonna be a wild summer!

I dont know what everyone else is doing, but Im leaving for Portland in the am and will be gone for two weeks and believe me girl after my first winter here in Alaska....I am putting on the cutest pair of jeans I can buy....big clunky shoes...shades and mostly I will be .....

danita, are you catching any of the dead's tour also? i just got a bunch of tickets for two shows they're doing here in jersey, and accually i found out they're doing two others shows here, but at a different venue, i may have to get tickets for taht too i've never seen them either... ive seen neil young once, but not with crazy horse, and james brown should be a hit! i'm also looking forward to seeing jack johnson, who's real cool, and some of my fav jam bands: medeski martin and wood, galactic, robert randolph, and keller williams... the roots should be really intersting... sonic youth and the flaming lips are totally random for this fest, but im real glad they'll be there, i've seen sonic youth once before... and The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players are a mother father daughter group that play nyc a lot, and i absolutely cannot believe they're going to be there they're so damn obscure!!

boy, with all the shows i want to see, i dont know when i'll be eating or sleeping!! jeez!
