Hi everyone,

Just got back from the Dr.'s and wanted to let you know what's happening with Melinda. Her abdominal measurement has not changed since last week, though we were told this mass is the size of a basketball (not a cantaloupe which is what we mistakenly estimated earlier)! The good news is that she isn't anemic anymore.

The surgery date is set for June 16th. She sees the Dr. again on the 10th for arrangements of pre-op testing/paperwork/etc. Her last day of school is the 13th, so the procedure will be done the following Monday. Please keep her in your prayers, and I'll continue to keep you posted. Thanks to everyone for your support.
