I know what you mean, I last dated a gemini (the only guy that managed to get my attention in 4 years, those damn geminis are amazing!) He had scorpio rising and it drove him crazy that I knew him so well. I would finish his sentences for him, something I really wouldn't recommend with a gemini. He has always managed to confuse people and go over their heads with his cleverness-?is that a word?- and dry sense of humor. He hated the fact that I actually "got" it and I could beat him at his own game. We're still great friends and have dinner and a movie at least once a week, but he says we have different dating styles. I couldn't quite grasp the whole idea of light and airy one moment and then the most profound moments the next. I'm deep and serious and he's deep, but he has the upper hand of having a twin that can lighten up! Harpyr, thanks for understanding. No one should settle, that's all there is to it! And good luck with your scorpio. IP: Logged |

hi 1114, now you got me thinking of martinis i was a little buzzed saturday night. my cat was rescued by our flat b/c the people downstairs moved out and left him behind saying they couldn't care for him. they took the dog with them. they suck the guy had the nerve to come back a year later demanding the cat back, and even brought the cops to our door and told them we stole his cat. Oh the kitty is just fine. He's healing rather nicely, and understands I put him through misery (i.e. VET) because I love the little bugger.Aphrodite, that guy should be thrown in jail. Your cat and mine should get together for a huge tuna buffet to celebrate their victories. Oh, wait. Hmm, my little kitty ate the whole buffet already. IP: Logged |

At this very moment ... I am sitting here wondering why I was cursed with a Scorpio moon. I have a feeling it got the better of me again and now I'm wondering when the landlord is going to show up at my front door with a 30 day notice because I called him a 4 letter word (as many variations of four letter words as you can imagine.)*sigh* Heidi IP: Logged |

I seem to be doing a lot of apologizing lately. Don't know if it's mars/uranus conjunction triggering it, but my temper is out of control right now. Heidi IP: Logged |

Heidi, most landlords are four-letter words.

1114 (Mind if I call you that?), I agree! I had a shouting match with the landlord from the building next door where my noisy neighbors reside. I noticed he only speaks clear english to me when i'm not complaining. I did threaten to report him to the Dept. of house preservation and development and that's when he changed his tune a bit. So..right at this very moment I'm sitting in front of the air conditioning, procrastinating before beginning another 12-14 hour day at work. Right..hope everyone has a good day. Didn't mean to kvetch, sorry. IP: Logged |

huh..me and the receptionist are the only ones in the office today, (and the manufacturing team is in the back). It's Canada Day tomorrow, and everybody and their brother took today off to give themselves a 4 day weekend. (the lazy slackers) So, yeah. I'm not exactly motivated to solve the world's problems today. (my boss isn't here either...yay)IP: Logged |

Things are okay, thanks for asking Aphrodite. I just went out for coffee with a few colleagues and now it's back to the grind. lol It's so beautiful out today too. I think I'll force myself to leave close to on-time.So..right at this moment I'm at work, but obviously not being that productive, relieved that my flossing neighbor has stepped away for one of her disappearances.
