Now, I won't be mad at birds that sing in the night or fight over a power pole mistakening it for a tree or flower.
We have a new pair of birdies in our place. Can't see them. They are in the middle of the trees. But the sound the pair makes while calling is sooooooooo sweet!!! Very very sweet! I am all ears in the morning. Make hay while the sunshines. Never know when they might migrate or fly away in some other nearby place. Nature is such a blessing! IP: Logged |

Once the little ducklings grow up, ducks often wander off until they hatch more ducklings. IP: Logged |

Around here you hear them more at dusk. They gather in the trees and on the power lines near the convenience store and sing for an hour or so. Hundreds of them. It's deafening. My budgies sing for 45 minutes after I cover their cage at night. I love to go to sleep to that.IP: Logged |

No birds now. It is coooooold. Brrrr.------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today. It was in the 20s here last night, but birds were still singing. Sign of an early Spring?------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |
