We have a new pair of birdies in our place. Can't see them. They are in the middle of the trees. But the sound the pair makes while calling is sooooooooo sweet!!! Very very sweet! I am all ears in the morning. Make hay while the sunshines. Never know when they might migrate or fly away in some other nearby place. Nature is such a blessing!

Once the little ducklings grow up, ducks often wander off until they hatch more ducklings.

Around here you hear them more at dusk. They gather in the trees and on the power lines near the convenience store and sing for an hour or so. Hundreds of them. It's deafening. My budgies sing for 45 minutes after I cover their cage at night. I love to go to sleep to that.

So nice! I love to watch trees, birds, mountains, nature at large. And its a blessing to hear them sing and watch them fly. Its so exhilarating.

It was in the 20s here last night, but birds were still singing. Sign of an early Spring?

My duckies visit my door every day through spring and summer, but I haven't seen them yet.

For those who are still in wintery climates, "spring will be here soon enough." From a Linda poem.
