I had a cockatiel that feather plucked her babies...two survived and one was very handicapped. His little legs were shrivled beyond use, so one of my dear, dear friends built him a little tricycle of sorts. His little body sat in this padded triangle and the "what would be handle bars" rested on his little chest. It had three small little wheels and he could push himself around with his shrivled little legs. I don't know how he did it, but it worked for him. God/dess bless his sweet little soul!! His name was Doon-doon....for the noise that my son decided a bird tricycle should make!!!

Thanks for sharing Juniperb....you're an Angel!!!

We surely could learn a lesson from Doon-doon.
