Has anyone seen "Pirates of the Caribbean"?  I loved it! The special effects were great and even with those nasty pirate teeth, Johnny Depp is so hot!!!! Orlando Bloom is quite a cutie too but Johnny Depp ...  I'm going to have to go and watch it again ... unfortunately the only seats available were in the front row of the movie theatre. I thought that it was the most fun movie I've seen in quite some time - and it was well done to boot

Saw it....loved it! Loads of fun, and Johnny Depp...of course he's a cutie, but he almost seemed...how shall I say...a bit twinkly in this movie. Notice that he never plays the romantic lead, although he's devastatingly handsome. He always plays a weird person. He must have some strong Uranian influences in his chart. Anyone know his birthdate?I really enjoyed this movie, BTW. It reminded me of a Disney Movie, but a bit more gory. IP: Logged |

Aha! Just as I suspected...He's got a Leo Ascendant with Uranus and Mars in the first house, and his sun is in the 11th house. We went to the Outer Banks last week, and saw it on a rainy day there. It was awesome!!
Then we went down to Okrakoke Island, and saw the Blackbeard exibit.
Johnny Depp is from Kentucky? WOW!!
You are right Heidi, that was a fun and
exciting movie, especially the last fight scene!!! Johnny Depp is hot no matter what he does.
Hell I'd even like to see him dressed like a girl, I bet he's pretty! Orlando Bloom is definately a cutie.

I saw this movie yesterday and LOVED IT!!! They did such an excellent job with the cinematography and special effects that is really took my breath away on some scenes. It was even better, visually and in regards to the plot, than the Matrix Reloaded. Johnny Depp has a sexy, smoldering way about him and is funny to boot. I'd watch this again in a heart beat! I can't wait to see it again! Pidua, I know what you mean. I saw the Matrix Reloaded and to be honest, I couldn't even tell you what it was about. I remember absolutely nothing except one scene from that movie. I guess you really had to be a Matrix fan or sci-fi fan to appreciate it. Hey Now! We will not get down on Keanu whatsoever!!! There is ample room for both!!! But I have to say: Johnny Depp is absurdly sexy *weak knees* I could have sworn he was a Scorpio with those eyes and also I think I read it in Cosmo or one of those.

Johnny Depp has made my socks melt since his days on the horrible "21 Jump Street!"  Going to see this flick tomorrow night...
btw, USA Today gave it three and a half out of four stars! That's a great review from a paper that is really tough on movies. IP: Logged |

Have had definite plans to see this movie ever since I read about it in Entertainment Weekly.Darling snowflake, love your choice of words..."perfect specimen" indeed! That's so cute! May I pick it up? As for Orlando Bloom... he was cute in lord of the rings what with all that long blonde hair and quiet capability... but I'm not so sure if I'll like him with short brown hair. Back to Johnny Depp... I just love all his wierd guy characters! And someone said he's never the romantic lead... go watch "blow" And oh yeah, the classic... "Cry Baby" I'm envisioning a girl's night in with a theme of Johnny Depp. Possibly to celebrate the release of "Pirates" on DVD? Think I'll serve chips with....depp!

Shiver me timbers...but that was a fun film! Really enjoyed it immensely. Johnny Depp with lotsa hair and mascars is a sexy beast...but I gotta say, some of the characteristics he gave to the pirate Sparrow I found to be somewhat effeminate!!No matter, he still makes my socks melt.  IP: Logged |
