Randall, I'm so sorry to hear that. You must be really disappointed I thought it would be held regardless of the fact that most of the knowflakes couldn't come since it was to be an esoteric/occult/astrological convention.
So, all the participants had to ensure their arrival in advance?

We had zero participants, except for me and Ra. One day it will become a New Age convention, but that is some time off.

I would love to be present, but would require plenty of warning to save up enough to make an OS trip
It's a shame it didn't come off this time, but as always, must be a good reason - even though it's not obvious right now...
Do you think fear counted into the flying thing for many people? With tragic events being still present in our psyche - It was such a wonderful idea, I hope it can be planned again, and maybe we could have some sort of concrete RSVP/deposit to make sure it does happen, even if it's only a smallish group of knowflakes able to attend
I've been away so long from Lindaland I thought I'd missed it, so it's kind of good news to me that it's not happened yet!

I would definately show up for this one.
Since I'm not hot on air travel, I would drive and be happy to pick up anyone on the way. How about Lindas birthday in April?
Where was the last one supposed to be? georgia? How about Vegas? thats only 90 minutes from me.

How about a happy medium - damn - I don't even know if I'll be in the country.

I can hitch there, but I ain't got no money, and I'm not taking a bus or plane. Plane feels like it takes 10 times as long as the beautiful scenery when you don't have to drive.

I've got money for food, and Lancome #12 - just kidding...

I got my sleeping bag!

PS: Can we call it the "Lindaland Skyline" party? "Convention" gives me the jitters.
