I try so hard to be good. I want to watch what I eat, I do, but my mom always keeps fresh yummy egg bagels in the kitchen that call out, "toast me! I'm soooo good! toast me"

Am I craving them abnormally? Or does this happen to everyone in the vicinity of one of these delightful carbs?

She re-upped today! Just when I am being good they are back...I feel like I can run, but I can't hide

An egg bagel is just a bagel with eggs in the ingredients I beleive.

Well, egg bagels are my least favorite.

I like the sun dried tomato-basil bagels...or the 'everything' bagels. But I haven't had one in ages....mmmMMMmmm....

But you're right, they're empty calories. Made of white flour with no fiber or nutritional value.

I ate an egg bagel this morning. It was delicious toasted and smeared with cream cheese and raspberry jam. Finishing up the latte that went with it.

I onion bagels. I cant`t eat them tho because they`re so chewy, it aggravates my tmj.

Aphrodite! You reminded me. I got this rasberry chipotle mix and was going to mix some with cream cheese and put it on my bagel.
