If you have been waiting to trim your hair, the new moon is tonight. I, for one have my scissors in hand (figuratively)in wait for the apex. So.....
It is the new moon that is for hair growth right.

No worries here, I have curly hair, so if I mess up, you can't really tell... The only thing is, because it is curly, it takes SOOOOOOOO long to see any new growth, twice as long, really, cuz with curls, you get the "sproooiiinnnggg" effect.

Well, "Starsigns" said that you should do it at the apex of the new moon, but I you would have to consult an almanac or the internet or someone who knows to find out when that is. I tried to find the exact discussion of the haircutting in "Starsigns" today but I couldn't find it. Anywhoo I think that Linda said that you should only have to cut a smidgen of it. Off to the internet to see the exact time of the apex.

apex-highest point I think
