I've done a lot of research on ayurveda and color therapy, and my findings contradict linda's color diet recommendations. For "plumpies", linda recommends RED, but red actually stimulates growth. For "skinnies", linda recommends BLUE, but blue is ethereal and creates a liteness in the body...I am not criticizing linda, but just wondering and trying to be helpful. IP: Logged |

Maybe Lack Of Color Harmony (relating to weight and metabolism) is not the same thing as using color to heal. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Yeah, the healing methods may be different. Plus, a lot of people have said that they have had success with the red color diet. I don't think that I have heard anything about the blue color diet though. Guess not too many people want to gain weight. I am aware of one website on color therapy that I was given here, I can't find it now and when I try to do a search it does not work. Anyway I would like to see some of things of color therapy that you have found.------------------ "Get some Love in your groove, just get hip to Forgive"-Michael Franks IP: Logged |

anyone who has read seth (jane roberts) knows that belief creates experience. if we do a red colour diet and believe it will work, it's gonna work ! i put on weight when i have certain friends to visit purely cause i feel fat when they are around ! but i think it is the difference between healing colours and colour weight loss. Thanks purplezen. That "mapi" link especially animates me. Because I have been planning to do the red color diet for a while but something keeps poking me. One of the reasons given for needing the color diet is an auric imabalance and I would like to explore why I have the imbalance in the first place and make certain changes before I do the diet. Cause I'm pretty sure that something needs attention. So, thanks.tahariel the book seth that you just mentioned, is that a book written by a women who communicates with a spirit and publishes the conversations? IP: Logged |
