Aw, ya'll - no I'm fine as is the kiddo and Jase.
Hot chocolate *cough* got spilled *cough* on my laptop.
*cough*
I took it apart and tried to clean it (with rubbing alchochol), but it still smells of Ovaltine and won't go any further than an endless cycle through my HP Start-Up Screen. But, hey, it wasn't starting at all before I did that & I figured, "What's the worse that could happen? It *stays* broken?" I mean, it did just that, but at least it's a little less broken, which is something...kinda gives me a small surge of satisfaction that I got it that far.

Right now I'm on the slowest (working) computer in the world, located in Fort Rucker's Main Post Library.
I haven't had much of a chance to come down here for a while because Jason's being recycled through WOCS (too many demerits on inspections, apparently); he'll be going back into training by 7 MAR and graduating by 9 APR now. Until then, he's able to come home for a few hours at night, which is nice.

Gah, gotta go- time's up.

Happy to hear from you.. see, the concern was for the spilled chocolate, after all, not for you..... I should've known!!
Glad all is well and you had a chance to post again. Next time just perch the laptop on your baby's bum.(What used to be known as YOUR abdomen...)As you probably have no lap left to speak of. Oh, how awesome.
Those pictures were so great! Genuine Antiques made daily? HAhahahahaha!!!! That deserves a shot on David Letterman. Or Jay Leno, Or Conan O'Brien....
