I sleep with a purple disk under my pillow. I have a little pet miniiature pinscher/chihuahua dog who hardly ever goes anywhere near my bed, as he sleeps in my mom and dad's room. Today when I went in my room, he was laying ON TOP OF MY PILLOW! lol. I bet he feels better since the plate is in there
