I'm going to see if I can convert Aphrodite's private Forum into public. I think I can if everything is deleted. If I'm successful, I was considering an ecology Forum. Any ideas for a good name?

How about an personal advice forum. One where members ask specific questions about their charts, life, etc...

If you've ever been on "Elna's Question board", it could be something like that.

That might lighten the load on some of the other forums as well.

I am so easy to convince...
Lioneye, you have competition with Gaia's Garden..
They are both perfect. ( And YES it is possible to love two at once...possibly even more)

I don't think it was me who clicked off the smilies. My puppy jumps up here on the desk and gets in the way and clicks the mouse by accident, etc.

Anyhow, who is Gaia? Is she someone famous?

That's awesome stuff!
It's what we witches have been saying forever..

The earth is the living body of the Goddess.

I'm still brainstorming on the forum name.. I don't think I'm very good at this title creation thing..
hmm..I'm stuck on this alliteration.. Gaia's Green Growing Garden.

I'm going to read the link Randall posted and hopefully find some inspiration there..

Wow, Randall! I was aware of the mythology behind Gaia, but I had only heard tidbits about the Gaia theory. Thank you so much for this link! I also think that incorporating the name "Gaia" would be a good idea for an ecology forum.

How about a CELEBRITY Forum?
I would LOVE to have one here as it will be interesting and thought provoking.
I am sure other knowflakes would like it to.
Any takers?

I have two other GREAT ideas for new forums.

1st one- a forum about sharing jokes, riddles and the likes.Share some light hearted fun to balance out some serious issues on this site.

2nd one- A forum to discuss about new(and old) books,cd's,plays, movies etc.Share each others opinion about certain issues the book,cd,play, movie states.

So ,what do you guys think?
Yes or No?

Hey moondreamer I've thought along these lines too. Then I thought, maybe that could be encapsulated under FFA? After looking at all the different forums, I think we've covered pretty much everything.

I have thought maybe having a political forum, however we have Global Unity which covers it, but it also covers what's going on in different countries at the moment e.g How to measure to size of volcanic eruptions in (wherever), which is apt too - this topic can also go in Gaia's Garden. So there are crossovers - but we deal with, so I guess we're all OK with that? I mean even new IT info etc - like Microsoft launched their new music download site today - that could go in FFA, no need for a technological forum.

What does everyone think? Any thing left that can't be classed in FFA?

Or maybe an 'Arts' forum is a good idea? Aware that we are in LindaLand of course!

How funny, if you take the 'A' out of
Gaia you get Gia. I have Greek in me and my name does mean toiler of the soil.
Any dirt anyone? This earth Goddess feels a
little coming.

We could have a "How To" forum. People could post how to do certain things. After all we all have so many different talents.
