As of a few minutes ago I used to be WychOfAvalon. Er... I got a little paranoid, I guess, about weird people online following me around different boards because I post as WychOfAvalon on all my other silly boards and some people are just freakish that way.

SO I felt the need to change it and hopefully I'll be able to keep this one past 800 posts.

As long as you stay the same as you were known as WychofAvalon, then I dont mind.
A redmoon is an awsome sight to see,but they dont happen often.

Naturally I'd be the same! I don't have an 'online persona' like some people tend to on other boards I visit. I think that most people at LindaLand are genuine and themselves... at least I hope so!

Hi Sybil by Flora Rheta Schrieber was my first look at multiple personalities.

Here`s a synopsis.

bwuahahaa pixelpixie!! Funny thing is I do know people like that online and in real life. It's weird when you meet someone you know online and they are COMPLETELY different than how they are online.

Rainbow ~ well really I didn't want to change it! I use WychOfAvalon just about everywhere and I'll still use it over at CE. It's just that if someone does a search on that screen name my posts from here will show up also. This is a very important board to me and I share a lot of things I wouldn't really want silly Duran Duran fans or others to have access to. I mean I don't care if someone from HERE did a search and went to look at my posts on other boards. And then there was a stalkerish situation going on recently that makes me a little nervous to even talk about at all anywhere.

So this is just safer and ensures that I can still talk as freely as I want because I've never used this name anywhere online.

I really like that name, it's juicy. That's weird because I looked at my screenname a couple of days ago and it seemed weird like it wasn't mine or it didn't fit me anymore. Maybe I will follow you.

Aaww junie....I wuz just pullin' yer leg....

I read Sybil too, quite awhile ago...and thought Sally Field's portrayal of her on the TV mini series, was excellent...

It's amazing what the mind will do when bombarded with abhorring situations, such as Sybil had to endure...*sigh*...

....thanks for the link, anyway....I may reread the book, sometime....

Love,
Rainbow

Juni.....I'm moving gradually....

By the time I'm actually ensconced in my new home, I should have stuff pretty much in order...*sigh*...(I posted an answer to you over on CE)....

I'm moving only about six miles away from where I am now...and it's located pretty near the casino.....

...so you and hubby really oughter git yerselves down this way....to see both the casino, ME, AND my new house....(after I'm completely moved, of course...)

I've been busy, busy, busy, these days...but am excited and enjoying it....

Love,
Rainbow

Gin, how exciting.

We made a quick trip to Manistee to hear Cancers bro. play at the high school. They made the cut and are going to state Wow, has M. grown and I just couldn`t wait to head north again.

We will make the trip again when time isn`t a factor and will love to see the new house

New House? Did somebody say new house? *great big smile*

This is on our Indian Reservation...where I shall soon be living...(I already posted it at CE, but for those here at Lindaland who haven't seen it...here it is!)...it's much larger than my small cottage by the sea where I am currently residing....and I'm very anxious to move. ....there are bicycle trails there for me and my granddaughter Tianna, to ride on...she will be coming up from Tennessee in June for a month....I'm looking forward to that too....the little darling is 10, already..*sigh*

Love,
Rainbow

all the snow should be gone & time to landscape

Any ideas yet what you`ll surround that beautiful house with yet?

That porch is just made for a tea sipping bird watching summertime retreat!

There is some shubbery already there....prolly hard to see because of the snow....

My girlfriend from the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa Indians, has offered me some maple trees to transplant from HER rez...

I would love to do flowers....but don't have a "green thumb."

I do plan to hang baskets with some kind of flowers on the porch amongst my windchimes...

Do you have suggestions? (maybe you can be my mentor in the gardening department)....

Love,
Rainbow

PS any other kinds of pretty landscaping will prolly have to wait til my pocketbook can handle it....
