Being ruled by Uranus in all her retro glory and having her in my Cancer, I`m taking the unexpected very personal today .

It started with over to wake up and find out the fridge died during the night. Scrambling to clean the mess up, the power goes out and the worst storm in eons hits. I jumped and dropped a dozen eggs all over the floor.

A close lightening strike sends the cat pealing out across my bare foot leaving burning trenchs the length of it. As usual, the other cat starts vomiting as the thunder rolls. Unbeknownst to me, she ran down the hall projectile puking a trail of kibbles & bits. Hobbling down to hall to clean my wounds, I slipped in it and cracked my elbow on the wall. Cussing I made it to the bathroom to find a warm mess on the rug there to step in Meanwhile, the dripping ice cream is waiting for me to wipe up and I swear I hear the dog slurping it up, but no, it must be the damn eggs I dropped

Storm abates, look outside and my beautiful prize peony bushs are flattened.
Iris all down as well. One heck of a mess to clean up... and my car window was left rolled down...

And it`s only 3:00 with the whole rest of the day to go

Yupper, I`m taking this day real personal!!

Hmmm, it`s 8:O3 and so far it`s just been annoying. All the way to the city; one way is one hour which equaled sixty minutes of torture. Cancers Granny went along and yammered in my ear aaallllll the way there: If you didn`t have all them animals, you wouldn`t have to worry about the price of a fridge. Why do you have to take everyone elses problems in. I don`t know how you two ever manage with all the mouths to feed. Can`t you sell them llamas? 'sniff' says she, I saw animal control with two oafs in cages & I suppose they`re in your backyard now . and on and on and on.

The saving grace? I love the ol bat and know it`s just her rusty way of caring about our welfare.

She offered to buy the fridge which was a dead give away of her doing the fussing

Fridge comes tomorrow YaY

Trillian, if it`s the same storm that hit here earlier, lock your flowers up

Stay safe
