Earlier today I decided I wanted to Lexigram your new name and see what I could come up with. So, I took your new name and my dirty clothes to the laundromat and excersied my Lexigram muscles. I figured it would be more fun than watching my clothes spin 'round and 'round. So this is the "Lex" that I "flexed".

Having a vaugue morning up till reading that, not quite gathered myself completely, but workin on it! I stayed over in central London last night - just started seeing a Cappy - an intense one, after a year out of 'relationships' the whole situ's quite mad as you'd expect from me. Anyhoo - it was easier staying over since I work in central.

He wakes me up at 6am since he has to, get to the studio!!! has me randomly fummaging about trying to find, toothpaste, body lotion, trousers, jacket etc for him - felt like his PA! I'm not one for abrupt early morning starts, and felt more dopey than usual when the whirlwind finally left the apartment. I dozed off, and woke up to the sound of the tap in the bathroom turned on at full tilt, in the empty apartment this type of thing seems quite the norm now, so muttering I pull myself up & get ready for the day.

I step outside it's one of those fresh drizzly mornings when you feel like being on a distant hillside with a beloved dog, contemplating life's wonders, taking deep breaths believeing that this kind if fresh air will do your lungs a whole lotta good - well I hope anyway until I finally stop smoking I got completely soaked though since I forgot my umbrella, and was wearing the sandals I visited in from last night, my work shoes being at work.

Feet completely soaked, heaving a heavy bag, almost at the office entrance, checked my left & noticed that the courier guy looked dishier than usual all tanned up. I swooshed into the front doors to the office, big grin at security, relieved to be on time for once, I fall a** over kettle down the hard marble steps, yep my right butt check got safety checked - three times, through a flying mass of hair and two arms mid-air each clutching a bag for dear life somehow hoping they'd grow air hooks to catch my fall - watched Joseph the security guard in slo-mo, wince a nnoooooo...
I finally thud in a mini heap of dampness, frizzy hair and sore butt, I tried to regain a bit of dignity, I crawled up brushing myself off like it 'ain't no ting'.

"You all right love?" The courier guy says dashing in behind me.. "Yeah, thanks!" I say and snorted to make it that little bit worse. I inch carefully up to the elevator, to check myself in the mirror before entering world hectic, and to my horror discover I've applied eyeliner on only one eye..!!? I look like the mad woman from Borneo with my hair all skewiff, my clothes a little lopsided, a grey smudge on my left cheek and one eye looking bigger than the other, I could only laugh at myself, so I did and as I did reached the second floor and the doors open to reveal two very serious looking visitors of our chairman, seeing me grinning like a lunatic

I finally sorted myself out had to take time out an go get a latte - whispers..
so far so good

Just thought I would send a few words of encouragement to help you thoughout the day. Your ability to laugh at yours-elf, while performing such breathtaking stunts is truly a ability that one has to be grateful for the hilarious exampes that life is presenting to us takes some effort. Particularly if we are required to laugh at ours-elves as well. I hope this has created much balance to your future steppings and the rest of your day is grounded with sure footage. Much light and laughter to you on your wonderful day.

By the way I love your new name and wish you much Love and Peace on your spiritual journey with this lovely name change.
