I'll go first:
I come here to SOAK UP whatever wisdom other knOwflakes have to offer, and to SHARE whatever bits of wisdom I glean myself from the uni-verse. Teaching and learning, in whatever instance either one is possible. I also sometimes just get a feeling of being less alone, because I live kind of like a hermit (for now).

And let's not critique one another's opinion, eh? I'd really like to have a controversy-free string here. There's really no wrong answers, anyway, because I'm asking for opinions, points-of-view.

I find Lindaland to be a place where I can gather with like minded individuals - discuss, learn, laugh, argue, and make new friends. I have also been a huge fan of Linda Goodman for a long time and it is nice to be around so many that love and know her work too.

Since I don't have anyone who I can really discuss the things I'm into, in my "real" life, I come to Lindaland, and feel I can converse with people who won't look at me like I'm a complete nut! I find myself here everyday since I found it. Because I, as a human being need to be consantly learning, conversing and sharing. I like the feedback I get here, where as most people I know quickly try to change the subject once anything too "deep" is talked about. I also feel like I am always alone - even when I am with people. Lindaland helps me feel less like a "wierd alien" on this planet.

The people who participate here are also "seekers" and I enjoy and respect people like that - people who are curious about life and it's meanings.

I feel, in turn, I have also taught others here some things. I know I have made people laugh. And that is what life is about - learning, laughing and Loving.

Well visit here at least on a daily basis. Most of the time several times a day. It's sort of an oasis in the vast desert of mundane message boards I visit. It gets me thinking about other things I wouldn't normally take the time to ponder. I know a little more about astrology than I used to but there's so much more than that. When I first joined I hadn't read any of Linda's books. Now I have

The people keep me coming back. The people and my fascination with them.

It's a place where I can discuss much of the stuff's that's really important to me without getting looked at askance.

I haven't been posting as much lately because of the kiddo, and also because Jase (when his brain's not addled because of Flight School) will often broach the subjects with me. It doesn't usually get as in-depth as LL, but we'll go for walks now and just "spiral" with our discussions - that, and he'll sit in the bathroom, pick up a copy of _The House Book_ that I left in there, and say, "Hey, honey - where's my Mercury again?"
"Second House, in Capricorn...so if it mentions it being in an element, yours is in earth."

Some of my friends think it is hilarious when I talk about you guys or what is going on here...

What kinda site is it? they ask...It's an Astrology site but we talk about much more then astrology...

The sometimes roll there eyes...I smile at them and think...my space...invited you to a cool space and you chose not to go... YAY!!! My Secret Space but I don't feel gulity for not sharing something so wonderful
