hey LS,

I wondered this also. I guess if we have to ask then maybe we arent one of them ....?? .......

here's a good site explaining: http://reverend_kim.tripod.com/Otherkin/Other.html

"There are those of us who believe that the myths and legends of old, those of fairies and elves and dragons and unicorns, have a grain of truth in them. We believe that these races do or have existed for real, on other planes of existence, and that some of the tales of them interacting with human beings are cases of them reaching into our plane.

What's more, we believe that they have souls capable of being reincarnated just like ours. Some of us believe that we actually *are* reincarnated from one or more of these beings. We recognize traits of ours in this lifetime that seem to coincide with a being that is not human, i.e. the feeling that one is supposed to have wings or fur and claws. Some of us actually seem to have *memories* of those past lives!

When one of us realizes this past of ours, it is called "Awakening". You don't have to be a believer in all this New Age stuff, either. I have found, however, that those of us with more "unconventional" minds are more open to the concept and tend to accept it more easily."

I'm very open to the possibility.
I walk in the woods behind my house -
I invite whatever energies or beings are there, if they are well-intentioned, to commune with me. I try to be open to anything that might vaguely be characterized as communication. So far nothing.

I know its not PC in New Age circles to say "maybe when this happens," or "when I get THAT together", etc., but -

I'm thinking, maybe when I start living a healthier life, my mind/body/soul will be more capable of tuning into these finer vibrations....

I scored a 98 on the Starseed's Quiz, and I've had a probable psychic tell me that I come from "other world origins", but, apart from that, nothing.

But, seriously,
Have you ever felt like you weren't being watched?
Me neither.

Oh cool -

Well, I took the test and it told me what I already knew, but have not been comfortable enough to talk about yet. I think each person's experience is unique, despite physical surroundings -

My score was 75 = "You will be, or have been, contacted ~ do not be afraid..."

*points to Heart--Shaped Cross*
He got a 98!
But, then, that's a Scorp w/ a Fishy Moon fer ya - never quite of-this-worldly, I'd imagine.

I'll say on my end that I'll tell ya if any little grey men come my way - though I don't know why I scored so high.
I love shrimp (ate 'em whole when I was a kid), have blue/hazel eyes, have a yen for ancient things, and'm a night person with narrow feet? Sooo...?
I don't like scallops and don't have a fuzzy period from when I was five

Huh.
I got a 91.

Though I wish there had been a 'probably' choice for some of those questions.

Pardon HeartShapedCross, speed reading again!
So, I wonder why that fuzzy period around 5yrs. old is so important. L.S. this is around the time period my green squirel, ah hem, appeared.
And what about a high score, but not being "awakened."
If you are awakened, what you be doing? Does someone/something of the fifth demension make themselves known to you?
I am being serious about those questions.

Hey 26, look what I found!

Hi lovely*

Tapioca is a root starch from a cassava. Cassava is used much like the potato in South America. There are two kinds. Bitter and sweet. The pudding comes from the sweet version. The sweet kind can be eaten raw (and is pretty yummy). The bitter has to be cooked to eliminate toxins.

It's also quite similar to taro (Japanese potato).T he roots are used in making poi. (That Hawaiian side dish that looks similar to paste.) Fresh poi is YUMMY... has sort of an nutty flavor. Most commercial poi is disgusting (IMO).

Uncooked taro is also toxic, and a skin irritant.

I'm glad you're enjoying the energy here. I'm not sure what you mean when you say it has changed. Are you speaking about Linda Land in general, or this forum?

I ask because I wasn't aware of any bad energy in this forum.

I was just reading about angelkin. Cool.

Hey, prox -

fishy moon - me?
Mine is in Aquarius - is that fishy?
Well, it is the water-bearer....hmmmm...

My moon is a singleton, though. Besides Chiron, its the only "planet" in the lower hemisphere of my chart.

My SNode is in Pisces, so.... maybe i was a fish in a past life, he-he.
