I would love to know about this magic, as well. My birthday is May 22nd. I read a thread here about this ,.... very interesting. I don't recall any way of reducing it though, not even with magic, but I am always up for new insight! I noticed in my ' lurking ' that another member here shares the 22nd of May birth. I have only heard of 2 others in my life and, I have also been told that it is a rare birthday...? I know and, in fact, are related to many 20th and 21st. No 22nd, just heard about 2.... and can now say 3....

This is a cool thread, I have seen some names over the course of a few months that are head sratchers, even when they have me laughing! I always appreciate a good sense of humor! My name is one of a couple I have on MSN, this due, in part because of my being a newbie to this type of corrosponding! Geminstone, Gemi Sun
Retrograde Mercury
in Taurus....
I am still a beginner but, from what I understand, Gemi is the equivilant in the Zodiac to the social butterfly,...... I am more of a ,..... wallflower. Of course, when comfortable, I can talk..... a lot! I tend to be more expressive when I am writing though. My profile lists veiledgemi, I was born veiled, though I am not very well informed of the meaning. My understanding is that it is thought to bring psychic ability...? I have had de ja voo experiences, and I have only very odd childhood memories,....? My Maternal Great Grandmom had 'dreams', family figured out the hard way they were actually premonitions, and gave her some credit in regard to her 'senility' in age. I was very attached to her, I knew when she passed, before being told.... She was also veiled at birth.... Hhmmm.

"Here Is Gone" is a song by the Goo Goo Dolls. It was my favorite song at the time.

I chose my name because I'm currently my life is a "work in progress." I feel like I'm at the beginning of so many paths right now. However, the name kind of depresses me... doesn't feel solid enough! But I don't know how to change it without reregistering. Is there another way?

Aen = 11

A Lion Muzzled - A Clenched Fist
__________________________________________________________________

This is a number of hidden trials and treachery from others. It
represents two members of the same or opposite sex - or two opposed
situations. In either case, compatibility of interest is lacking, and
interference from a third force must be conquered. The difficulties may
also arise from the illusion of separation. It's necessary to unite
divided goals to avoid a sense of frustrated incompletion. The third,
interfering force can be a person or an idea; and it can take the form
of a refusal to see the other side as an obstacle to harmony. The
origin of the separating force must be identified, an attempt to made to
seek compromise. Occasionally, conflicting desires within one's own self
are seen as in a reflecting mirror. Two forces or two desires stand
apart and must ultimately unite for happiness. Yet, each must remain
individual, even after being joined, for each possess its own worth.

What a cute thread!
My screen name is Alchemiest, because I loved the book 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho, one of my favourite authors. One of my favourite perfumes is also called Alchemie. Mmmmmm
I thought that Alchemist the way it is actually spelt was too masculine to reflect me (since I'm a girl), so I decided to spell it with the extra E- just the right touch of feminity to complement the masculine.

Hey! Geminstone! The 22nd of May is my birthday too!

The entered name is lalalinda.
__________________________________________________________________
The Number 22
__________________________________________________________________

Submission - and Caution
__________________________________________________________________

22 is symbolised by the ancients as "a Good Man, blinded by the folly of
others, with a knapsack on his back, full of errors." In the image he
seems to offer no defence against a ferocious tiger which is about to
attack him. It's a warning number of illusion and delusion. It indicates
a good person (or entity) who lives in a fools paradise; a dreamer of
dreams who awakens only when surrounded by danger, when it's often too
late. It warns of mistakes in judgment, of placing faith in those who
are not trustworthy. If 22 is the birth number, the person it represents
should exercise caution and watchfulness (since the birth number cannot
be altered) in both the career and personal matters. The karmic
obligation here is to be more spiritually aggressive - to realize your
own power to change things, to prevent failure by simply ordaining
success. When this personal responsibility is recognized, practiced, and
finally mastered, the 22 person can be in control of events, no longer
blinded by the folly of others, and will see ideas achieved and
dreams realized.

There is a chapter in "Star Signs" by Linda Goodman that is dedicated
to the numbers 4 and 8 as these are the Numbers of Fate and Destiny.
These pages are not included in this program as they are quite lengthy
and involved. Any number that reduces to these are explained further
in Linda's book.

I'm Windy because I like the Wind!when I stand up in front up the endless plowed up fields, spread ed to the food of the old green mountain, I can feel the wind with all its beauty. It comes from nowhere and have crossed so many countries, so many unknown places. He knows everything because he see everything. For me the Wind is powerful and wisdom. It could be soft like a silk and cut like a knife. That's why I live it. It gives me wings and makes me fly awake and asleep.
Above all I'm Aquarius!

Cool subject! and its interesting to read everyones replys.
As this is an Astrology based site I wanted a name with Scorpio (my Sun Sign) in it, and thought 'Why not just call myself 'Scorpio', but that seemed a bit cold, and so after playing with some other words I chose Sun_Scorpion!!

nah, I don't know a lot of people with the same birthday, but I do know a few. This guy who lived on my floor freshman year, and a girl I took an intro class with both had the same birthday (different years, tho) as me. None of my friends share the birthday, however. LOL, I like to think it is rare too- but I don't know how true that is... after all, it is gemini!
I love the whole topic of Alchemy too. Somehow, I always equate alchemy with the phoenix, which is my favourite mythological character. The whole birth and rebirth thing... I think it reflects life beautifully, because we're always changing and developing, so it's like perpetual rebirth! LOL I'm rambling now. I'll stop

it's a quote (or part of a quote) from Breakfast at Tiffanys. Yeah, I'm an Audrey Hepburn nerd. Most people always assume I'd be a Marilyn fan (I guess it's the blonde thing) but Audrey is the greatest in my eyes. So great my username was created in honor of something she said.
