I would write a song about her, if I could come up with a word to rhyme with "Olein"!

Wowsers!! (yeah I blushed a lil' prox, hehe )
Can there be this much love in one forum?! You guys really kick started my day, you know ~ I did have a case of the winter blues, not now! Who needs coffee??
trillian ~ I hope you didn't get toothache like Dani! Hehe Dani you're funny.. and Johnny Olein rhymes with 'I love my buddies!'
Randall, smooches backatcha! Philly, now that makes me sound graceful, knowing me I'll bound over to you grinning, slip and knock you over *feathers everywhere*!
26 ~ if you see that it reflects in your kind s-Elf, thank you!
Gia ~ I learn much from you..

It took me ages to cut these two ~ I had to split the post cos of all the animation!!

pixie! The gig went well thank you ~ but I didn't sing in it. I met up with John before hand and practiced on the piano a little ~ let's say my voice didn't sound it's best! I wouldn't have done the guys any justice. I would have loved to, but I hadn't sung with them before and it was a gig where they had played many times before ~ when I got there, I didn't expect to be amazed!

OH my ~ whoever appreciates history, and musical, or dance history at that would have adored this place! It's called the Rivoli Ballroom, in Brockley Park http://www.jiveparty.com/pages/rivoli.html
It's an amazing place ~ the decoration hasn't been changed since 1890! The caretaker and owner, Bill, lovingly looks after it as it has been passed down the family. The residual energy ~ indescribable! The guys were playing there for a 'Jive Party' night. Jive Party organise these get-togethers to teach people how to dance. Gradually the ballroom filled with these people dressed to the nines, looking fantastic, it was like going back to the 50's and 1800's at once!

How was your voice on Saturday hon? Did you get flowers thrown at your feet? An encore at least!

All you guys (For those who saw it I finally edited the white box away!)

A great big..... white box with an X? LOL

Just kidding, schweet pea.

Actually, Ms. Sheaa, I was talking about you last night... were your ears burning? I was talking to my sociology prof (also a saggie, and a super cool liberal feminist) about all the saggies I have met lately, and how awesome they are! She *used* to be an astrologer (so she claims, one can never 'stop' being an astrologer, IMO), and we were chatting about how certain signs come into your life for reasons, and the people themselves, for that matter. I have become awed by four saggie women, my prof, my mate Joanne, a classmate named Sandra, and *YOU*... You are a shining light here at LindaLand, a beautiful spirit who brings smiles and well being whenever you visit. Thank you for your wonderful posts, and for sharing your light with all of us!!

Lots of
Ghani

Ghani ~ could you be any more adorable?? I did sociology too and had the funniest teachers, they were like Baddiel & Skinner, hilarious!

It always helps to have a good tutor! Did you point her in the direction of LindaLand? I don't (knowingly) know anyone on here from before I logged in, but that would be quite cool I think ~ it's like an informative daily catch up here. Your post made me smile (and blush) aswell, haha.. my ears weren't burning last night ~ well kinda, since it was unbelieveably boiling in my room, I could hardly sleep! Whist I was hardly sleeping, I was thinking about the souls I've met on LL, so maybe that caught on with you guys in the ethers!

*OK - is my angel paying you guys again to make me all smiley??*

RIGHT that's it, you've all been kissed!!

Sheaa,

No toothache. Such a busy day yesterday, I will do my best to write to you today.

Again, thanks for thinking of me yesterday. I was shocked, but it was such a bright spot.

OoOOOooooOO... I've had such a busy day at work, it's the AGM tomorrow and everyone's in a tizzy! I think I've only replied to this thread today But what a beautiful one to reply to!

Ghani! It's real easy sweets, I learnt 1st hand from LS a while back when I was confuddled! OK, I'll try and explain;

1. Find your image you want to post and right click on it. Click on 'properties'.

2. Highlight the Address (URL) which'll look something like this; http://www.sitevip.net/gifs/witches/1449_animado.gif

3. Then place at the back, like this;

4. Then post it and it should appear like magic!

Hey trillian!
Looks like I'm having the busy one day (and tomorrow looks the same!) Don't worry about a quick reply, I'm not going anywhere and will see it eventually! The working day, huh?
I wish I could show you a clip of what's it's been like here today ~ OK remember the Three Stooges?? If so, there's the visual!

Danielle ~

Oh thought I'd let you all know ~ it's my last day in the office tomorrow until the 6th Dec.. so basically out of the office 26/11 - 06/12, so I won't be logging in as often during that time ~ most likely hanging out at a local internet cafe to communicate! Just thought I'd let you guys know in case you wonder why I've disappeared
