I forgot to talk about yesterday when I took Hunter to the park and to the trail by the river. well he loved going up and down those stone stairs and loved throwing little rocks into the running water. He said the river was a wishing well and he was making wishes and encouraged me to do the same.

Then he found a tree branch on the ground that had fallen off during the storms probably. It still had leaves on it. He named it "Baby Tree" and that was his favorite toy of the day. He'd throw leaves from the ground into the air and make the baby tree eat them. He was talking to "Baby Tree" and asking it questions and saying "What did you say, Baby Tree? Really? Okay! Mom! Baby Tree wants to come." or when he sneezed "Baby Tree said Bless you!" and "Mom! You hit Baby Tree with the camera bag!"

So. friggin. cute.

So baby tree came home with us in the car and Hunter made me buckle the branch in the seatbelt and everything. Baby Tree is now just outside our window and when Hunter came home from school today the first thing he did was say "Good morning, Baby Tree!" and pet it.

I'd buy him a living plant but I don't think he's get to play with it the way he wants to.

I like to watch you in your sleep
IŽd give a million if I knew your name
And all I need is to be with you In a state of dreams
