i'm looking for something to listen to.. if you know of anything that fits this description let me know

instrumental (no voice or chanting)
tribal drum
heavy rock style
(if you know who sepultura are, they have a couple of songs that fit this discription..)

Yes, Sepultura!
If you are looking for such instrumental music why dont you try with Apocalyptica!?They play instrumental metal music (Probably you've heart about them). There is also album of Led Zeppelin - Kashmir. It has acoustic version...
There is also a lot of Techno music with tribal drum - like Drum & base.
