I'm watching Morgan Freeman, on 'Inside the Actor's Studio', and they're discussing how he gets cast for roles that aren't expressly written as "black roles", and he recounts how someone remarked to him that he played a black president.

"Hold on, now," he said, "I'm black. I didn't ever play black."

Another brilliant Gemini.

More I go looking for a faery - more I find pixie dust!

They were not meant to look like him. I couldnt find a better picture of twins.

How are you, pix, my love and hows it going with Mr. Volcano?

"pixelpixie and I might have known each other ten years ago, but we were only kids then. We can't even say we did the best we could under the circumstances, because we didn't. We didn't know how. Still our boy is amazing, truly a gift, and no matter what else has come between us there is no refuting what we share in him. Ten years is a lot of time, and a lot of changing. Why is there never any room for this in your approach to us? Why do I always feel like your looking at a photograph of that man-child I used to be, instead of seeing the man I've become before you.
As with most stories, the narrative changes a great deal depending on who is doing the narration. But here, in this place, I'll let you tell the story as you see fit. I won't lie and say this didn't hurt my feelings a little - because it did. But I suppose by now I'm used to this game. 10 years is a long time to be holding your anger so tightly, wouldn't it feel better to put it down and move on?"

So much left unsaid ... you guys make me shiver to the core.

VTT - How else do you see a fiery scorp, who is also a glorious horse?

I hope I did justice.

And guess who the old guy is

I guess I see em more like this:

I tend to see them more as eagles in general, yet their intensity not as hot/fire, but cool/soft/an undercurrent.

And cool blue flames can burn just as much as the red ones. :P

yeah.. I won't grace everyone with my narrative. Nor have I.
He very simply thinks I hold onto my anger.. I don't.
However, my anger comes more easily with him, as he always assumes the worst of me and second guesses all I am and do, even though he sees things through his own perspective, and quite often, it lacks....shall we say.. perspective.
We will eternally misunderstand the others motives. But somehow we are doing okay.
In this case, I was simply aying to Steve that he reminded me of Mr.Volcano as you said... I honestly don't know how he got all bent out of shape. I was singing his praises when it comes to his writing.
We were too young. Presented ourselves stupidly. ( when it came to relationships)
Naw, I haven't so much as spoken with him this week.
But this weekend is his turn with our child. So I imagine I will......

How do they do it ... inspite of ourselves, they make us tremble and flinch ...

I dont know much abt you both, pix, but I got a sense of unexpressed emotions between you two - the undercurrents were scorching hot! A lot has happened in LL to make lesser mortals cower but I have never seen you subdued and so sensitized to anything. But that was the first time I saw you so truly emotional.

Yes, VTT, he does have a beautiful strong blue flame to him, but his true glory is truly revealed through the fire in his chart and the cherished freedom of the horse and the archer in him.

I am convinced there is something in my chart that cancels out the fire in a lot of other people, so that I don't see it (or remain unaffected by it). Unless their sun sign is a fire, I will never notice it until it is thrown in my face and by that time it is usually too late. I've been known to have to drag leos around behind me because I find them so slow/energyless compared to me.

Mercury Mars and Neptune in Sag... pretty fiery I think.

Yeah, I know what you mean VTT, it takes a sprighty person to notice these salamanders and unless some water or earth tempers them, they are like a firecracker - gone in an instant!

emotional because it is personal.
and misunderstood, as always.
Believe me, I am more emotional here than maybe my words convey.

I am a firey water type.. I have a total of six fire in my chart ( including angles...).. outscoring my water, which is all Scorpio.

I always liked you pix, I feel a strange affinity to your words. And as for Steve (another fiery water type); Well ...

I wonder if it's my combination of 2 planets in fire and 2 planets in water in my chart...if you don't include things that aren't planets, I have quite a balance between all 4 elements.

'cept that when I was a manager at a Mail Boxes, Etc. in Manhattan - Morgan Freeman had a box there and he never paid his bill.

grrrrr.

He expected us to keep it open for him anyway even though he refused to pay. OMG like he doesn't have the money or something.

Okay sorry pretty unrelated but still.. I can't hear his name without thinking of the annoyance I suffered because of him.
