I was randomly surfing around amazon.com this evening perusing the vacuums on clearance (or old one hasn't been full speed since my husband used some of its hoses to disperse fake fog for Halloween...ah, to be married to an Aquarian). One of the Bissels had the following customer review given: frustrating!, November 11, 2004 Reviewer: Marie Kelly (Ferndale, MI United States) - See all my reviews i've tried and tried to pick up all the mice in my house and this DOES NOT DO THE JOB!!! it says it picks up everything but NOT MICE! i tried for hours and hours until i finally broke the stupid thing! Was this review helpful to you? Fan-tastic. IP: Logged |

For the George Foreman Grill: This grill saved my job!, February 1, 2005 Reviewer: MusicalGenius "Jeremy" (Minneapolis, MN US of A) - See all my reviews I had been slacking at work lately, so I invited my boss, his son, his 3 grandchildren, and 2 co-workers to a dinner party at my house. I promissed them all restaurant quality steak on my brand new 36,000-BTU Gas Grill that I purchased with petty cash money nobody I work with needs to know about. When I went to grill the steaks I realized I had forgotten to purchase a propane tank and it was a sunday night, there was no where to go! With some quick thinking, I got out my Foreman Grill and to my surprise it cooked my steaks perfectly! The grill lines were a little light, so I did have to draw them on better with a marker but, I totally pulled off this scam. When they arrived I had the steaks out on the gas grill and fooled them all! Thank you George Foreman, and thank you George Foreman's grill! Was this review helpful to you? (Report this) Great. Comedy. This reviewer's great! Here's some of his other stuff: http://www.amazon.com/gp/cdp/member-reviews/A3SG4TINAHO7TR/ref=cm_cr_auth/002-6590966-3372807?%5Fencoding=UTF8 IP: Logged |

The amazing thing I've noticed is...when people rate your reviews...it's almost obvious that they do not actually rate on how helpful your review is, but on whether they agreed with what you said or not.IP: Logged |
