Ever buy something only to find out that the advertisment for the product was better than the product itself? Did you feel really jipped? P.O'd? Did you take the product back? Were you creative about your complaining? Did you buy something from a store with a no return policy and got ripped off? We already know about the luscious Mc Donald's hamburgers! Have fun with it!!! I need a little time to think through all the times I got stuck, so I'll post mine later!IP: Logged |

I collect diecast cars...starting off really sucked because I didn't know which brands were really good, and it's hard to be discerning when the boxes are taped up so you can't pull the model out to have a look. I wound up buying a rather good sized honda civic model, got it home, and it had a nice scratch down the side of one of the doors, and it was just overall made from cheap material, and the store had a no return policy. *sigh* IP: Logged |

I can't think of anything truly negative at the moment to fit the inquiry. My experiences with purchasing things with high hopes that randomly fall flat regardless of any advertisements or descriptions of the products would be wines. One can never tell for almost certain what it will taste like with the wine corked up inside the bottle. A fermented liquid based on a recipe that can vary wildly by anything that could have happened during the process. Like a bottle of Beaujolais I purchased for $15 didn't taste quite as good as a bottle of Bordeaux I shared with some friends in Paris that costed only 6 Euros. With cheese, at least we get an idea . . . IP: Logged |
