Hey guys,
As most of you know, I am leaving to work in Walt Disney World from May 25th til January 4th of next year. Well, as I also just pledged into a co-ed business fraternity, and our National Convention in Las Vegas is from August 3-7 of this year, and I really, really, really want to go! I have tenatively signed up, but need to talk my Disney manager (Who I haven't met yet... ) into giving me the 5 days off. Actually, it would really only need to be 3 days off, since we're guaranteed a "weekend", basically 2 days in a row off mid-week when the crowds are less busy.

I am in dire need of ways to Creatively Visualize (I think that's what it's called) myself being there at the National Convention in Las Vegas during August 3-7, for I've heard this can work wonders. Please? Can anyone give me some tips?

Do the terms of your employment give you any time off already?

One of the best books I know of on Creative Visualization is that by Shakti Gawain.

You can get it on Amazon very inexpensively.
Even at your local bookstore, the paperback shouldn't cost much.

Good luck!

Thanks a lot for the reccomended book, trillian!
Actually, I looked closer at the website for the Walt Disney World college program, which is what I'll be working through, and here's what it says:

Will I have the same days off each week?
Your time off can vary depending on your work location and Guest attendance. You may or may not have the same days off each week.

Can I get additional time off from work?
Time off for weddings, graduations and other personal occassions must be processed through your work location's manager. We cannot guarantee any days off before you arrive.

Hi Virgo, do you have a picture up on the MSN thing, if so, I could try some visualisation for you, I do this often for others and it seems to work. All you need to do honey is see yourself there, with no blocks and with everyone happy with the situation and it will H A P P E N xxxxx

Yes, Sue, I do have a pic up in the MSN group. If you view only pictures, as opposed to albums, I'm on the 2nd or 3rd page, with a blonde ponytail, and blue striped shirt.

Wow! your serious posting in more than one place, so I'll give it a shot.

First consider how you want to experience the outcome. What qualities do you want to occur? The feeling of Fun, fulfillment, joy, adventure, ease of resolution...

Really believe that this is entirely possible to achieve. I personally like to reflect how this is entirely possible and achieveable. I consider how similar acts have come to fruition and how I am capable of making it happen this go around.

Next get all you senses involved in this desired outcome. See it in your head, smell it, hear it, touch it, taste it, say it, sing it...
Believe that is in the realm of possiblity totally.

Now go off and dance it, Yes that's right get your body involved and celebrate that this is givinely making it's way to you and give thanks for it being. (Many tribal groups are great at this step and we Anglos have lost it)

Al will be possible if you entirely believe it with NO doubt.
(You plan it and let God take care of the details!)

Good Luck and let me know what happens
