I have thought about opposition....

Instead of doing my impulsive silly posts, I was able to come on here, yet not able to post or interact... so it got me introspective.

I saw sad posts, that I was unable to respond to.
And it got me thinking.
I have been 'down' for a while... I know, period of regeneration and all that...
When someone says
"Life Sucks"
I might respond flippanty, I might blow sunshine up their ass, I might go "Yeah, you're right, it does..."
BUT... My immediate internal reaction, even when my own clouds are grey.. is "But, there is more to it..... yes, it sucks, but it is filled with non-suckiness..."
Initially, I have an internal knowing that there is more, and it is wonderful.
Maybe that makes me bi polar... maybe it makes me Mary Poppins, complete with a spoonful of sugar. Maybe it makes me simply as I always am.... a bit of a commitment/authority phobe.. so if you say something with assurance...ie; 'life sucks', I will immediately think the opposite, just to have something to oppose...

But, If I tell you , "Life Sucks.."
What is your initial, gut reaction?

If I can see that it doesn't, even though I am not yet through the other side of the sad-tunnel.... what do you think?

Life does suck, but man, when it's good, when everything clicks, the suckiness is all worth it.

I've been low too! Not sad, but I am having trouble seeing humor these days. I feel like I need to sleep all the time! I'm reading a book by Bob Frissell called "Nothing in this book is true, but it's exactly how things are." It's getting me into the scientific explanations of the human body according to Sacred Geometry. Good Read! Laying off the meditating and trying to make things happen. A spiritual break if you will.
Plus, I think I had some somke blown up my arsh here on L.L. I am disheartned about that.

Really?
Where at, Philbird (if you don't think that specifics'll blow some stuff up)?

I think that that's exactly right, ya'll -
And even the sucky parts, when you look back at 'em, hold something valuable (in my onion, at least).

Hi Prox!!!
Specifics would blow things up! I didn't listen to my intuition and avoid hurt. Just something I have to deal with, ya know?

Yes, especially the sucky parts, when you revisit therm with the perspective of now, have so much value!
Even to really look into the core of an issue, that only with distance, becomes clearer...
Sometimes microscopic evaluation isn't as telling as geographical scaling...

Nice to hear from you, Randall!

Oh Girl your really on to something here!!!

This is what I call a revolutionary moment!!! Bringing or causing great changes in ones own life or others!!!

Where someone or something has lifted the veil of time. A Free Pass in to see the truth of that moment. Shinning that inner light and how we choose to create our own faith and sitations around us. How we choose to respond to every given moment. Being true to your-elf and accountable for your choices of how to react. truly choosing to create something beautiful with your heart. FREE WILL to choose one or the other, to feel that balance. This is something that comes right from the heart and that is where all truths lay.

The heart of the moment is where its truly at!!!

We are all creators,I think thats the gift of Free Will. Our born right!

Well Felt Pixie

Take heart, my friend!!!

Words by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons and Music by Charlie Chaplin

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

I agree with Randall. I just keep search for the next non-sucking part.

Pix, I'm not sure if we are looking at the same "time line." But if we are, you hit the nail on the head.

SolaneStar. I did have the free will to choose, I got a case of "guru" infection. My heart really believed, and I was saddened when I looked at the whole picture.
So, I know now when to shut up and listen, because the truth will become clear eventually.
