Yes, I'm outta date! I'm not much of a movie watcher, but I saw this for the first time yesterday! The beginning was very enjoyable, and the ending gave me a nervous feel when I found out Brad Pitt's character was an illusion of Ed Norton's mind. It really f#*ked with my head. Now I want to read the book that inspired the movie.

BTW, I'm trying to figure out the 'Out of my mind' song played during the end credits. Who is that?

I had no idea. Of course if I hadn't been so distracted by Mr. Pitt, I'm sure I would have figured it out...

(Really... I still wouldn't have.)

Yes, those whole banging the ceiling, knocking debris down.... making primal noises with Helena Bonhom Carter...
I have no doubt that he'd give a great ride. You can just see it in the way he holds his body, the tautness, his lips, his thighs and bum.
*shivers*
Oh Mr.Pitt.

Anyway * snaps out of it* Yes, good Movie!
Of course, Ed Norton has something really hot about him too.

That is one of my favourite movies...one of the few movies I could watch over and over again!!

For some reason, I find Edward Norton much hotter than Brad Pitt!!!

It wasn't my favorite movie, but I did like the story line, and I loved the twist ending.

I loved this movie too. I went back to see it the day after I initially saw it. It totally messed with me.

Helena Bonham Carter's a Gemini. Happy B-day!

Thanks for the song teaselbaby. I knew it, and should have realized it was the Pixies. Awesome group!

Oh hell yea I liked 'Marla', played by Helena Bonham Carter! Now I remember the part when when Norton and Carter are talking, and Pitt tells Norton, "Get rid of her." Everyone, you see it's still f%#kin' with my head! I like it though! What style of movie is that? Is it from a director, or a genre?

VTT, yea, I like Ed Norton also. Of course you can't forget Meatloaf's character either!

Weird pixie. We synchronized another time, listening to the same CD.

I think that's interesting that TP's Cappy has it. That's absolutely my favorite modern movie. I think you'll like it TP. It's pretty cool. Just close your eyes when it gets too violent. It's never grossly violent for too long a period.

I just order two very nostalgic movies for myself:

- A bootleg of Song of the South (since Disney will never rerelease it)

- The Pirate Movie

I had a great time watching movies yesterday. Seemed for Father's Day, they were playing alot of movies I liked before I was 10 years old. First, 'The Last Starfighter', then a classic, 'The Goonies', topped off by one I hadn't seen for some time, Mel Brooks' 'Blazing Saddles'. I then finished the day watching 'Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World'. Amazingly, I did get my laundry done, considering I was growing roots into the couch.

HOW DID I POSSIBLY MISS THIS THREAD??????????

This is of course, possibly my favourite movie!
The Pixies- One of my favourite bands!
Where Is My Mind?- my favourite Pixies' song!
Chuck Palahniuk- my favourite author!

Seriously! How did I not come up with this thread myself??? Sorry, I'm blathering...

WW- you have great taste in movies! I think we were talking about this some other time, right?

zoso- I love Chuck Palahniuk books so much it's unhealthy. 'Obsessive' isn't the right word, but it's the first one that comes to mind. lol

VTT- The plot guessing thing! I know what you mean, so ******* satisfying.
