Craving something new to read, I went to the library yesterday. Having not found anything of interest I hadn't read already, I thought, 'hey, why don't I find out why there's such a phenomenom with this book.'
Swallowing my pride, I asked where the book was. "Childrens section." the librarian said. Feeling pretty stupid for being in the juvenile section, I grabbed it and checked it out. I started reading it last night, and I can't believe it's a childrens book! It is fun to read...like tripping without anything. Whatever Lewis Carroll was on when he wrote this, I'd like to try some! Hehe

I love that Linda used quotes from Alice in Wonderland to help describe Sun Signs in her book....she really matched them well.
Lewis Carroll was a genius!

Actually that book sounds interesting...maybe I should try reading it, and see if I can make any connections with it.

Alice in Wonderland is an amazing book. As good as it is, i would have to say Through the Looking Glass is even better. If you haven't read that too, you should. There was a really good Alice in Wonderland movie on tv a few years ago. I think it was on cbs or nbc, but it was an awesome production with whoopie goldberg, christopher lloyd, ben kingsley. I bought it on dvd from a blockbuster. look for it.
