...the tough get going.

but how exactly do you get going? what is the practical side of the story? please let everyone know your way of handling tough times in life. especially all that you can thinko f doing is procrastinate instead of taking action.

When the going gets tough Im usually feeling fear and then im not taking action. Take that fear, turn it around, look it in the eye and do exactly what you are afraid of.
