Hi leoelf!  Even though I've yet to buy Billy's new album, I have checked it out online, and I like it.  It's a bit more mellow Billy, IMO a bit along the lines of the mood of the Pumpkins' Adore, if I had to pick an album to compare it to. Right now my fav song from his album is Mina Loy. ...And speaking of the Smashing Pumpkins, there are rumors abound that they might reunite.  Billy put some kind of an cryptic ad in the newspapers a month or so back saying that he wants his Pumpkins back, and now all the Pumpkin boards are going crazy with speculation about a possible reunion. I have the album and I love it. Indeed, it is sort of like Adore, but I think it sounds like a continuation of Machina/Machines of God. I like the Camera Eye song LoL, and I wonder wtf was he smokin to write this stuff. Good stuff, deep stuff. It's like what music should be, you know? For thinkers.
I would like them to reunite, and I know he wants to. I've completely molded myself to them, whatever style they choose I will go along with. But even if they do not reunite, I'll always love Billy. There is no SP without him  IP: Logged |

oooh yes definitely some Machina in there as well.
And I agree...Billy is so talented and has such a great voice - and I don't just mean literally, but musically & lyrically as well - that the music industry needs him (and the Smashing Pumpkins) now more than ever.

LoL, awww. God, I have the biggest crush on him, but the biggest turn on is his music.
He has this vulnerability that I truly am a sucker for.
Well, it's no doubt that he's a
Pisces sun/Gemini moon/Cancer ascendant.
There is a song called "In The Arms of Sleep" on the Twilight to Starlight section of Mellon Collie Infinite Sadness that has Cancer written all over it.
Venus in Aries, LoL there is a song Called "bodies" on that same CD LoL.They do need him BTW, that pic is DEFINATELY from Gish era LoL, they look like kids AWWWW

Mina Loy is by far the best song on the album. But each song has this "meaning" and I've concluded that he may not have been "smokin that good sh*t", he may very well be enlightened. He's highly spiritual being. This song has a message, and I feel as if I'm a part of these "souls" that he refers to.
