-loads of receipts
-pack or two of gum
-2 disposable cameras i've been meaning to turn in
-1 lipsstick/3 lipgloss
-hand lotion
-anti-bac wipes
-a few bobbypins
-1 hair band
-ultrasound photos from 7/18
-about a dozen various appoinment & business cards
-two check books
-engraved mirror
-a retainer
-powder compact
-lip liner
-a photo cd my friend gave me last week of my daughter holding a boa constrictor
-see's chocolate lolipop
- 2 or more pens
-huge bulging wallet with more receipts i won't need
-1 empty prescription bottle
-a folded drawing a street artist gave dear daughter (it's garfield.. and I let her draw on the back of it at dinner last night )
-spare pair of sunglasses
-2 books of matches from dinner 2 nights (husband doesn't even smoke but insists on loading up)
-2 lighters ( i was a smoker previously and they still float around in my zipper compartment)..

thats it.

Right now I carry a butterscotch colored Tod's bag with chocolate brown interior.

Your list is fascinating. I carry tons, but I guess mothers would carry so much more. i have no excuse however, other than Im a virgo (like you) and like to be prepared for every eventuality!!

I forgot to ask please state your astro sign(s) too, and which city you live in, plus what you do.

I carry a Black leater backpack, not a huge one, but about mid size.

I have My digital camera with extra batteries
cell phone
wallet
lots of pens
a bottle of motrin
scissors
nailfile
lipsick
mascara
5 lighters
2 packs of nasty smokes
really torn up phone book
a box of raspberry Altoids
and on the bottom you can find a bunch of trash tabacco, and change.

i forgot i have a bottle of alieve.

moonshine, i have virgo sun & moon; cancer ascendent cancers tend to hoard stuff unconciously, like my ascendent.

bluemoon.. when i used to smoke i would always find a piece of partially wrapped gum with tobacco all stuck in it..adn sometimes when desperate i would chew the thing. you know how it is when you have smokers mouth. i would chew on my hand lotion to rid the smell of ciggys if i had to.

elemia, i used to carry a cash and a credit card in my pants pocket w/ a tube of lipgloss when i was in my early 20s. then graduated to change purse, then a wallet.. i keep progressing in size.

When I *do* actually carry a purse in public, I have a small over the shoulder purse made of thick "blue jean" material w/a brown leather strap.

I used to work in a shoe store while in high school and learned the "art" of choosing purses, as in, I do not own one purse that has vinyl or plastic lining. So, I still have usable purses from 10 years ago! I also collect small evening bags, but these days haven't had events to use them at.

My purse contains:
*Small Etienne Aigner wallet that my mother gave me 12 years ago! The dang thing looks brand new! Perfect size for the few credit/store/other cards I carry around.
*tissue pack
*pen
*mechanical pencil w/refill
*mints
*cell phone
*nail file and clippers
*small army knife
*Rolaids

A very light purse!!! My keys are always in my pocket!
