In June of this year I photographed what appeared to be a planet crossing the face of the sun at sunset (it was about June 11th or 12th) the photos are at http://groups.msn.com/LindalandPhotoShop/nevill3andbeachcomber.msnw I live in the west of the UK and was wondering if anyone could tell me which planet it may have been IP: Logged |

I have no idea, but what an interesting picture. It almost looks like you've superimposed a dot into the photo. It's so tuff for those types of photos to develope accurately. I'm sure it looked different IRL. My guess is it;s not a planet or any other celestial body, but could be a helicopter or satelite. IP: Logged |

Thank you lovely* I have zoomed in on the photos and the object is not a helicopter etc. the photos I have were taken some time apart and I only discovered the "dot" when I downloaded them at home and went to print off some other photos IP: Logged |
