awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwThere's so many people I LOVE.. It's strange, someone asked me if I've ever really loved anyone..and I tried to give them an answer..I was only gona say one or two people, but when I actually thought about it..there's loads of people I love. It's easy to get bogged down in the negative sometimes, and forget how much love there is, how much love you have for others and how loved you feel by them.. But it puts a smile on my face every time something small reminds me of it..even an sms from my best friend, she's so beautiful or when my bf says something sweet which he has a habit of doing heehee loveeeeee I LOVE love IP: Logged |

Hmmm...I can only LOVE one person at a time - although I LIKE lots of people, more and more as time goes on, and find there is a good mutual feeling when communicating with them/ being around them. It's right what you say, BR. I'm feeling it now. IP: Logged |

'I CAN ONLY LOVE ONE PERSON AT A TIME"Aries, do you one man at a time, cos I was thinking there are different forms of love, like for your child, mum and dad, bros and sisters, friends, lover, husband etc. I have loved more than one man at a time, does that sound weird? Love Sue xx IP: Logged |

Not weird to me, Soogie! I have been struggling with that delima for quite a while now (at least 10 years). I was talking about love for you fellow man and family and friends, ect., also!!!Love makes the world go around. IP: Logged |

No, it's true, I can only really love one person at a time. Even men! For example, I felt (and still do feel) deep passion for someone else. At the same time, up until very recently, I felt a sort of affection for my husband, even though I had fallen out of love with him, just because I'd been with him for so long. However - seems that the Aqua Full Moon has done something to Mr. Aqua now, and I rather suspect he realises that I'm not going to sign the mortgage he wanted us to take out. Beforehand he was on at me every day to do it...LOL...and now that he knows I will not budge, there is suddenly no affection from him any more...so there is no affection from me either. I think we both know our relationship is coming to a natural end. I don't "love" my friends, in general, but I like and fully appreciate them, and am loyal if I feel there is a genuine connection and no falseness. I like to keep in contact, no matter where they are, and am genuinely interested in how they are doing. As far as family goes, I don't communicate with any of them, but friends and business contacts suit me just fine and more than fill the gap. Family relationships are too insular, complex and painful for me. IP: Logged |

I've noticed that when aries fall in love they kind of ignore everyone else in their life, maybe it's because they can only love one person at a time?Everyone loves differently, I'm truly in love with some of my friends, regardless of gender or age or sexuality. Its platonic but it's definitely love, sometimes its not completely platonic. There are so many different types of love to experience, lets try to experience all of them. IP: Logged |

Yeah, you see, BR, I can't really love platonically, for me it's just not possible. For me real love IS tied up with sex, it's either "all or nothing" (Sun in the 8th?), which is why I can't love female friends, because I'm not gay. Does that make sense?IP: Logged |

HI ATI have sun in 8th too in Scorp and Aries on asc and I find it SO easy to love, like I really love my mum and dad, deep love for them and my family here, and I have to stop myself sometimes saying to certain people "i really love you" like my music teacher. I told two of my female friends recently that I loved them, and one of them said "oh I dont normally say this, but I love you too. The other one said "you are a beautiful woman and I love you". They are SCorpio and Cancer. I suppose we take a risk when we open our hearts up, but to me, one that is worth chancing!! I wonder if this isnt anything to do with astro, but the way we were raised and our conditioning.......what do you think AT? Love to you Suexxx

Well, my parents sent me to an all-girls' school until I was 14 and wouldn't ever allow me to associate with boys EVER, because they had both been abused as children. Problem was, I didn't get on with my mother OR most of the other girls at school. I LOVE men!!! On every level!! My mother always wanted me to be best friends with her and I just couldn't, because our personalities clashed so much. She was into going round arm in arm with her best friend at school and thought that as I was a girl, I should feel the same. I just didn't. I was never into things that girls seemed to do, and moving to a mixed comprehensive was a godsend. I never felt at home in an all-female environment, I was totally like a fish out of water. Several of my friends at school told me they loved me at some point, perhaps because I was quite forthright and individual, and whilst I felt loyalty to them, I really didn't know how to respond. I did feel genuine familial love for my two grandmothers, but they were probably the only women I ever loved. I never liked my mother, even as a small child - don't ask me why, I just didn't - although I was very loyal to her. It's only now that I am actually finding female friends that I get on with, and even then we only see each other once in a while. Male friends - Oh God. If they are the right age (i.e. not geriatric) there is ALWAYS flirting potential, and I like nothing better than to be the only woman in a crowd of men! Not that I'm easy, you understand. I only give my heart away very rarely!! I am a bit more open and honest about my feelings now and more able to show people I care, although I am still not terribly touchy-feely. I wasn't before, even though I felt deeply - because I was not secure enough in myself to be able to deal with potential rejection. AT IP: Logged |

Yeah, can't help it. Though, as I said, I am working on building more positive contacts with other women and people in general.Back to the original subject of this thread - yes, it's true Unconditional love is perhaps the best love of all. Loving someone even though they are unavailable, but being able to let them go, just being happy to love them and have them in your life. IP: Logged |
