Received an email today...asking that...........we who are paying three dollars and more a gallon for gas......please do not buy gasoline tomorrow! It's just a one day boycott, but will hopefully will make them take notice! If you need gas....buy it now....tomorrow, pretend gas stations don't exist.... Love, Rainbow

Im game with that. Was just discusing last weak with a budy the notion of what would happen if even half the nation where to rufuse to buy gas or oil for only a day or two. Peaple would feel alot better if they walked a little more anyway. Reliance on motarised transportation is the first reason why America is the "fattest nation" . IP: Logged |

You know,It's funny that you complain about gas prices (selfish) when I have heard no mention of the people who are dying still from the hurricane. How come there are no strings on the hurricane victims? What about them? They don't have any homes, and you're complaining about a couple of dollars. BIG DEAL!! -StarLover IP: Logged |

It's okay, STARLOVER.....You're right.... The request for a one day boycott on purchasing gasoline, is really inconsequental.....and looks thin and flimsy when compared with the horrible tragedy that has befallen the Gulf Coast, in recent days. It is a horrible, horrible situation and my prayers emcompass the thousands, and thousands who are suffering down there... It is just totally unbelievable! Love, Rainbow IP: Logged |
