"Renée ends marriage

Renée Zellweger has split with her husband of four months, country singer Kenny Chesney. But since the stars have barely been seen together since the day they married, Hollywood hasn’t exactly been left reeling at the news. In fact, the real question on everyone’s lips appears to be: why the hell did they get married in the first place?

The reason for the separation is also somewhat unusual. Renee is citing “fraud” as her main cause for leaving Kenny. And as the BBC reports, seeking an annulment on the grounds of “fraud” can include: hiding a secret husband or wife, permanent impotence, or a criminal history. Interesting… Other grounds include being under the influence of alcohol or drugs when the marriage took place, but Renée’s lawyer has refused to say which clause she is pegging her divorce on.

The couple first met at January’s Concert of Hope tsunami fundraiser and were married four months later on the Caribbean island of St John. But even their official wedding photo speaks volumes about the lack of emotion between the pair - with Kenny just shyly kissing Renée's hand.

A friend of Kenny’s told Star magazine: "I believe Kenny rushed into marrying Renée without thinking." '

Anyway, I JUST LOVE Renee Zellweger...

I don't keep up a lot with the latest country music stars, but I do know who Kenny Chesney is too....I saw him in person a few years ago when he was the second act (just barely known back then) with ALABAMA actually starring in the show.

Too bad....about the divorce...
