I know some lovely men, but wouldnt wanna have to sleep with em, if you get my drift.

Its like buying a pair of shoes isnt it.....dont buy the first pair you try on hey girl.....

Yes, sex slows down after marriage which is exactly why you should wait until you are married. Who cares if you are compatible or not if you only have sex once in a while? Besides sex isn't everything.

Did you know that 1/4 sexually active adults has some form of HPV (genital warts). I wish someone had told me that.

I think the numbers for HPV are actually higher than that! It's incredible.

Sex now or sex later... that's a toughie. Personally I like the test-drive theory. Although if I were dating someone who wanted to wait until marriage, I would be alright with that.

Doesn’t that depend on your will?

Depends on what kind of person you are personally.

To some people, sex isn't everything.
Seems pretty damn important to me, otherwise there would be no point looking forward to my 16th birthday at all haha!

And yeah, like Sue said, wouldn't it be terrible if you married someone then found out you're totally sexually incompatable?!
Besides, having sex with someone (you're in a relationship with) for the first time strengthens your relationship and creates a magic bond between you I've heard... and surely that can only be good?

Again, SEX ISN'T EVERYTHING IN A RELATIONSHIP. Also, 25% of sexually active adults (in the USA) has HPV which is genital warts.

Be safe.

P.S. Abortions suck to go through. Seriously.

The point isn't to not have sex. IMO it's not a bad idea to wait, but be realistic. Sex has serious consequences. It's not all fun and games.

Sue G,

""Does it.....who says so......I have been married for 8 yrs and with my man for 16 and it hasnt slowed down too much.....it is what you make of it......that is such a generalisation isnt it?""

You said "too much". What's your point?
