Topic: How do i deal with guilt.

I just had a conversation with my mother and got all over her for not realizing that my couzin is talking about her negatively behind her back. Now didn't I just do the same thing to my couzin. I hung up the phone and i feel guilty and i don't know what to do. How do i clue my mother in without bad mouthing the person who is doing the badmouthing? I also now feel guilty that my mother is upset about what I told her. IP: Logged |

You don't. You had to choose a person to protect, and you chose your mother. Nothing wrong with that. quote:

Thanks. I am going to see my mother in about an hour. Her demeanor will help me. She is not the overly upset type, she probably forgot all about the conversation. IP: Logged |
