1. Watch a sunrise at least once a year2. Look people in the eye 3. Be forgiving of yourself and others. 4. Buy whatever kids are selling on card tables in their front yards. 5. Take lots of snapshots. 6. Don't postpone joy. 7. Never give up on anybody. Miracles happen every day. 8. Learn to make something beautiful with your hands. 9. Use your wit to amuse, not abuse. 10. Admit your mistakes. 11. Slow dance. 12. Choose your life's mate carefully. From this one decision will come ninety percent of all your happiness or misery. 13. Learn to listen. Opportunity sometimes knocks very softly. 14. Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all they have. 15. Be original. 16. Be kinder than necessary. 17. Be romantic. 18. Learn to recognize the inconsequential; then ignore it. 19. Be insatiably curious. Ask "why" alot. 20. Swing for the fence.

I think it means if you run over someone's dog, then of course you must tell them their beloved pet has died. If they believe Fido's in a better place now, let them have at least that.Heehee... my mind is going off in all sorts of directions over this one! Fertile ground for all sorts of kookiness...
