I believe you need more potassium and electolytes. It happens every so often.. maybe it is a physical indication of mistrust in a situation.. .to give a more psychological answer... IP: Logged

That happens to me too - and usually when not getting enough sleep, or just poor quality of sleep, due to stress & worry - even eye strain may cause it. I get twitches all over my body sometimes, acutally. My leg, my back, my neck - they don't hurt, they just spaz out. rapid wiggle wiggle wiggle and you can put your finger on them and actually feel the nerve or muscle or whatever it is spazzing out under your finger. Strokes are caused by the same thing that causes a heart attack...clogged arteries/blood vessels. Eye twitch is a muscle spasm, if anything I'd connect it to potential neurological disorders like parkinsons, but I doubt thers a connection there... IP: Logged

But Parkinsons doesn't run in my family, so I'm not sure if I'm predisposed to it or not. Not sure if it's a genetic thing or not. In my family, it tends to be cancer that takes us away, usually in the 70's - Except my paternal Leo grandpa, who is 93 and still lives in his own house, & gardens and drives, and plays bingo, and makes wood-crafts, and chases around women 30 years younger than him IP: Logged

It started a couple of months ago and it happens maybe once or twice a week. I am going through my wonderful Saturn return, so STRESS is the word here. (I do drink plenty of water though.) And I have a young child, so my sleep is definetely lacking. My mom said she thought it was caused from stress. IP: Logged
