is it true? ive been losing weight lately, but when i take a pic, and see it on my computer I FEEL SO FAT, my face looks a little filled out but i know and sense i still look good, and i know i cant possibly be that filled in the face(eeek)...
that much..

im having one of my ugly/fat/low days...which really doesnt happen that much...but lately ive been critizing myself like crazy....

YEah, the camera can add weight for sure. I've noticed that when people start to lose weight it's generally noticable in the face first.

No, the camera doesn't make you look like you've gained weight!!! It's just the wrong pose, at the wrong moment. That is all a photograph is. A pose. And it gives a totally wrong impression of people. Which, of course, anyone intelligent will be able to see.

From a big guy who sometimes appears bigger on film, I 100% agree with that assessment. Two pictures taken 5 minutes apart can have you looking two completely different ways. Not only that, but in real life people see the action and the energy behind the person, so where in a picture a person may not look all that dynamic, in person they can be quite a fireball despite whatever size they are. Pictures can be quite deceiving in that regard.
