Has anyoen else gone to see it? I saw it last night, to witness what all the fuss is about. Johnny Depp was hilarious as usual, but the story was more complicated than the first part. I was scratching my head for the first 30 minutes, trying to remember key elements of part I. My verdict: It was entertaining, but not so good as to be the highest opening weekend film.

I've seen it. I didn't have too much trouble with the story, but I had other mild complaints. I don't want to say anything, though.

i loved it. ive seen it twice. i liked it alot more the second time because i understod more. there were alot of refering to the first movie, which i hadnt seen since it came out in 03. so its better if you watch it first.

anyways, is it unusual to be completely attracted to johnny depp as a pirate?

hey all,
i've seen both pirates of the caribbean. am actually interested in reading the stories - maybe will get the chance soon. sounds like there might be issues with the writer of Jack Sparo's adventures and the "cinematic team" of Pirates of the Carribean like there was with Matrix and Terminator.

i was VERY upset about the ending of the second Pirates of the Caribbean. i don't want to talk too much and ruin it for anybody who didn't see it.

have been a fan of johnny depp and the rest of the crew from 21 Jumpstreet. Everyone seems to be doing well. I wish they still had shows like that today.

I didn't mind the ending. I am curious to find out why Jack couldn't use his own compass himself. That will be neat to find out. I also look forward to Keith Richard's cameo as Captain Jack's dad.
