Hi guys

As some of you know, I had a birthday last week and I turned 23!
This weekend I have started to seriously think of ageing. I mean, I had a deep, powerful, thinking session about age and now it is worrying me. Meaning, I am starting to worry about ageing. It scares me!

What the hell am I worrying about age for, when I am only 23 years? I still have my whole life ahead of me and yet I am worried it will all disappear soon. COuld someone please explain?

I think its normal when you hit your mid twenties to start thinking about aging and mortlity, I did. Before that you kind of have a feeling that your life is going to go on forever, but as you become an adult you start to see how short and precious life is, and that you too will die someday. Aging is just part of life, and age in itself incorporates spiritual lessons. Age is just another facet of life that makes it beautiful!

Oh sweetheart we’re the same age I don’t think it’s worrying about getting old, it’s more worrying about independence and responsibility. You feel old when you can’t rely on your parents anymore - and it does NOT help having a mum who wants to baby you

It’s a new chapter in your life, enjoy it. The most significant things will occur now

oh and Happy Belated Birthday
