Topic: I need spiritual help!

I do a lot of reading on how to's of psychic gifts. I consciously do believe in the etheric, really! However, subconsciously I lack the faith that I need in order to get psychically in touch. I am growing logically every day, and I know my right brain is alive and well. I believe a lot of this has been social conditioning and lack of trust.
So in order to better myself, build self esteem etc. I've had 15 years of therapy. Still it's not enough to change my subconscious. I've asked the universe and my guides (I only know I have them because my new therapist is a Shaman.) to help me out, to build my trust. Any suggestions? I can't believe I'm not ready to recieve guidence from the sources that be.

Hi! A lot of times during lucid dreaming. But I usually get a fight or flight feeling with it. Like I'm not supposed to see or experience that. I have at times had psychic experiences, But few and far between.IP: Logged |

this is falling into alpha state naturally,
God and the Universe..tugging at you..
to see and hear...Now, you must find how you get there
when you have the time...
perhaps your shaman therapist could
help, it's different for everyOne... for me, I have candles lit, my alter...
all things to help me connect...
I close my eyes..Soon, my etheric
form goes out the top of my head... now I am free to journey sometimes, I just stay and watch
what is shown, sometimes, I seek... prepare, your questions, what it is
you need answers too...focus
on those before going into alpha at any time..you can stop your journey... it takes practice..and preparation..
Protecting YourSelf
and having no Fear...
Not something to try
when in a bad Mood, hehe, no kidding, huh!
are there any other avenues you are interested in..that may link to your

Thanks Lotus. I will try to formulate my question, or guidence before I go into alpha state. I usually just let my mind wander. Most of the time though I fall asleep!
